Jeffrey S. Sherman brings over twenty years of experience in hospital-based and corporate healthcare finance to his new position at LifePoint.

Prior to joining the Company on April 20, 2009, Sherman served as Vice President and Treasurer of Tenet Healthcare, where he managed all aspects of corporate finance, including cash flow management and capital structure, and was responsible for risk management. Mr. Sherman worked in various capacities for Tenet and its predecessor company since 1990.
