John E. Maupin, Jr. currently serves as the Chair of the Company’s Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.  Dr. Maupin has served as the president of Morehouse School of Medicine since July 1, 2006. From July 1994 until June 2006, Dr. Maupin served as president of Meharry Medical College.
